I’ve spent the last 25 years in Human Resources, working across startups, nonprofits, and consulting firms—but what’s stayed constant is my commitment to making workplaces more clear, more fair, and more human.


Originally from Massachusetts, my family and I have called Vermont home for the past 15 years. After a step back from my full-time executive role in order to create more balance between work and family, I found my way back to the work I love through HR consulting. What started as a soft re-entry quickly turned into a full client load. It turns out solving problems, building systems, and walking alongside teams through growth and change is exactly where I’m meant to be.

  • I earned an MBA in Organizational Development because I wanted to understand how businesses really work, and I’ve sat on executive teams where HR wasn’t a side function, but a strategic driver. I see how each piece of a business fits together, and how HR can support—not slow down—your progress.

    At the same time, I believe you can’t lead HR if you don’t understand it from the ground up. I’ve implemented HRIS systems, cleaned up payroll integrations, reworked performance structures, rewritten handbooks, and supported leadership teams through tough transitions. No task is beneath me—because clarity and efficiency at every level is what good HR requires.
