Engagement Options


Hourly Consulting

Best for: Ad hoc questions, short-term needs, or leadership advising

  • $150/hour

  • 2-hour minimum per engagement

  • Invoiced biweekly or monthly

Common uses:

  • Reviewing policies or job descriptions

  • Coaching for founders or managers

  • Support during hiring or exits


Project-Based Packages

Best for: Specific deliverables with a clear start and end

Flat fees based on scope and complexity.

Examples include:

  • HR Compliance Audit + Report: Est. $2,500/mo

  • Custom Employee Handbook: Est. $1,800/mo

  • Onboarding/Offboarding Workflow Buildout: Est. $1,500/mo

Includes consultation, draft/review cycles, and tailored materials.


Fractional HR Partner (Monthly Retainer)

Best for: Ongoing support without hiring in-house HR

A great option for companies scaling, restructuring, or in transition. (Minimum 3-month commitment). 

Includes:

  • Priority scheduling

  • Weekly or biweekly calls

  • Ongoing advisory, policy work, system support

  • Access via email/chat for quick questions

  • Optional board or leadership updates

Three Fractional Plan Levels:

  • STARTER PLAN (10 hrs): $1,600

    Ideal for small orgs/startups needing light guidance

  • GROWTH PLAN (20 hrs): $3,000

Ideal for companies scaling people operations

  • LEADERSHIP PLAN (35 hrs): $5,000

Ideal for ongoing, embedded fractional HR leadership
